Youth Leadership &
Workforce Labs
Youth leadership and workforce labs immerse teens in team-based problem-solving and professional skills development. Participants work on real challenges from local employers and nonprofits while practicing communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Lab experiences may include:
Employer-connected projects where students tackle real business or community challenges in small teams.
Coaching on presentation, professionalism, and career readiness.
Reflection sessions that help youth connect their strengths to future college, career, and entrepreneurship goals.
Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy for Youth
Global Impact introduces youth to entrepreneurship and money management as tools for freedom and community change. Programs help young people understand how ideas become income and how financial decisions shape their futures.
Program elements can include:
Workshops on saving, budgeting, credit basics, and goal setting.
Intro to entrepreneurship activities where youth design solutions and pitch ideas.
Exposure to local business owners and professionals who model what is possible.
School, Nonprofit, and Community Partnerships
Future Rich Aunties Global Impact collaborates with schools, districts, youth-serving organizations, and workforce partners to bring programming directly to students. Together, these partnerships expand access for youth who are often overlooked but full of potential.
