Juanita Johnson
President
Juanita E. Johnson is the President of Future Rich Aunties Global Impact, where she leads initiatives focused on advancing economic empowerment for women entrepreneurs. A dynamic and mission-driven executive, Juanita specializes in building community-powered ecosystems that help women grow sustainable, scalable businesses.
Since assuming leadership in December 2025, Juanita has guided the organization’s strategic vision and operations, overseeing program development, budgets, partnerships, and impact measurement. Under her leadership, Future Rich Aunties has expanded its mentorship, cohort-based learning, and peer support systems to strengthen accountability, retention, and long-term success for participants.
Her work includes designing a Strategic Mentorship Matchmaking System, developing entrepreneurship cohorts centered on execution and growth, and launching Innovation Circles to foster collaborative leadership and business sustainability.
Juanita brings deep expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, grant alignment, leadership development, and partnership building. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and is committed to creating measurable pathways to economic opportunity for women-led businesses.

Sylvia S. Glanton is the founder and CEO of Personameant Solutions LLC and the visionary leader behind the Future Rich Aunties community, a global network dedicated to empowering women through sisterhood, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and community impact. With deep expertise in business strategy and systems that help organizations run efficiently, Sylvia has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs across industries on structuring and scaling their businesses while emphasizing clarity, consistency, and sustainable growth.
Sylvia’s leadership extends beyond business coaching — she has been recognized locally for her community engagement, including serving on advisory initiatives aimed at boosting economic opportunity and mentoring emerging leaders. Her work with Future Rich Aunties reflects a commitment to creating spaces where women and youth can confidently pursue their goals, break cycles, and build legacy.

Nisla Love is the Founder and CEO of Choose Love Solutions, LLC, a tax planning and wealth strategy firm based in North Carolina that serves business owners, professionals, real estate investors, and military families with personalized tax preparation, planning, and compliance support. She brings over 15 years of experience in tax strategy and preparation, leveraging her expertise as an IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Coach to help clients build financial stability and long-term wealth through strategic tax planning.
As a veteran, military spouse, and mother, Nisla deeply understands the financial challenges individuals and families face, and she is passionate about teaching clients how to navigate complex tax laws in ways that optimize their financial outcomes. Her firm emphasizes financial wellness, proactive planning, and tailored support to ensure clients achieve both compliance and growth.
